Audi A4 Flashback aka russian brick incident 

Context:in June 12 2012 around 11:00 am at the highway between Azov and starominskaya a man was driving a black Audi A4 and when the Audi A4 pass by the the Kamaz truck the Kamaz truck bring a lots of bricks and 1 brick flew trough the Audi 4 window the woman die in the girl there are baby mom and dad the mom name and age is 29 yr and the name is Olga Gaikovich died and you can hear the father and the baby crying
