Pity all dealers didn’t do this mine was delivered zero briefing shocking service took about a week to set up all the convoluted apps and as for the iOS app shockingly useless in comparison to any other car maker

There should be a paper in the glovebox, that’s where I found mine

If you have two car keys, one of them must have an Audi code, and if you don't have one, then take the car to your Audi authorized service center and they should issue a code according to the chassis number.
