this is what most car channel should be not just some RU-vid Vlogger who films their selves bragging about how they have an Lamborghini and always put Clickbait into their Thumbnail. you know who i am talking about.
Thats because the car is perfect. I mean I can hit 250km/h too, but my Audi TT starts at those speeds at little bad roads to fly and you really need to hold the steering perfect probably because the car is so light.
@@poisontutorial As someone who has frequently went over 200 km/h with my Leon Cupra - yes, yes it is. Unless of course you're claiming that you were going around corners at 200 km/h?
@@lepe good for you "going frequently over 200 km/h in your cupra" what I'm talking about is going over 300 km/h on the autobahn specially when he did high-speed in the dodge hellcat for example.. Not all cars have the high tech traction controls to help out
@Ali0The0King . Specification R8 V10 Plus ~ 73 liter fuel capacity . At the speed of 155 mph/250 kmh my best guess for the average fuel consumption will be 1liter : 3km. So 73 x 3 = 219km . Not only will the driver have to stop at least twice , if the driver can start with a full tank , but my guess is that because you have to drive faster than 155/250 in order to get an average of 155/250 an hour , and no matter what time of day or night , nowadays one will run into traffic somewhere . If it can still do 1:3 while going 170/280 an hour , that car would be very efficient , but I already have my doubts about the 1:3 that I guessed myself ...
@Martin Szabó . I totally agree on you hence the comment above . My guess would be that timewise it is very possible , but when flooring it (max speed from start - no delays) and no traffic , it will do maybe 150-170kms per tankfill , so it will depend if it can do 3 or 4 stops . Jeremy Clarkson should know about this . Hope he reads it and can give us the numbers ;)
@@IwillBwaiting You're probably far off, really far off. Fyi, when i drive on the highway, i cruse with about 180 km/h. If i hurry i go 260 km/h. My average fuelconsumption with 180km/h is 10 litre. Best would be 140 km/h (6,6 litre) but who has time for that. Even with 250+ km/h i don't use more then 17 litre on average. I highly, highly doubt the r8 would need 33 litre per 100 km at 250 km/h crusing. The thing is, accelerating costs fuel. Keeping speed not so much. I use less fuel when crusing with 170 km/h then i need start/stop through the city with 50 mk/h max.
I have an Audi R8 V10 with a tune (nearly same HP as Plus). I got her up to 160mph, but the road was so bumpy that was as fast as I could handle. Props to you.
Please do a Maserati Granturismo sport review or any video about this car. I haven't found anything By Maserati on your channel. And great Video as usual :)
I drove one of them a week ago and it was the first time I got into a car that powerful. It did 20 to 170 km/h in less than 9 seconds and now my only wish is to own one of these car one day lol...
