I hate to say this, but my RS4 with a one off custom X pipe and downpipes running through a decatted set up sounds just as nasty if not better and I paid, $1,800 vs the $5,000 this exhaust costs. Point being, find a race fabrication shop and they can get that V8 to scream. Would love to know how to post a sound clip.
Thx very much for the reply. I have a MTM supercharger fitted to my rs4 . My exhaust is sports cars 100 cel , no resonator but large magnflow mufflers . It sounds nice but not quite loud enough. Does your exhaust drone a lot in the cabin? Is it still loud with windows up? Thx again .
@@bandit911 Just reading what long term owners are writing in Audi forums. I had issues with my own Audi as well, was a different engine though (3.2 V6) so not relevant to the RS4. That goes for many brands btw, I’m not hating on Audis. I like them. 👍

I can’t stand the way this dude shifts....make some use of that power band and let the engine breathe! Those valves must have a shit ton of carbon buildup
He's rev matching perfectly on downshifts and upshifting fast and smooth. Clearly a better driver than most people out there. Revving the nuts out of the engine isn't gonna make carbon deposits dissappear.
It was a sound video, not a "who's shifting gears better". The problem is, that the valves opens only in 4th / 5th and 6th gear, otherwise you have to push it over 4200rpm
