I had an 91 year model for more than 20 eyars ago. It had a stage one chip and about 270 hp! Now i have 2018 Kia Stinger! In the 70,s i had A Dodge Challenger -71 year model with 440" engine! They cost 100,000 euro now!

I don't understand.Yes,the hillclimb was cancelled due pandemic and the "event" was made in public roads.But,my doubt starts here.How is possible that race (hillclimb) car is street-legal?
