@@griffins750 Yes you are right, but any car is moddable with enough money. Personally I don’t see the value of performance vs. price with this car. My $5,000 2009 335i makes 414whp and 448wtq and I’m dailying it. The thing is though I could care less because I love cars for cars. It’s just too many people these days get so down on you for paying a lot of money and the car doesn’t have 1000hp haha. I miss the old school car community where Horsepower didn’t matter, just if you love your car, then they love it too haha

Well BMW's AUDI'S Mercedes and all of that europe cars have big engines they are something like Classic Chasis and Big engines under the hood thats why in europe its hard to know if there is 150hp engine under the hood or its 350hp.

You keep using the term "big block" but I don't think you know what it means as big block is a term to compare to other V8s in a companies line up, Audi only (at the time) made the 4.2 V8 and later the 4.0 twin turbo. Those wouldn't be considered big blocks even in an old school sense. I mean a 4.0L would only be like what? 244 cubic inches? thats smaller than fords 289 block which was tiny compared to their big block 390s and 428/9s. He said it sounds like a muscle car not that it is one. The reason it sounds so good is because its a custom straight pipe, but not only that the reason a lot of German cars sound so good is that they're large bore small stroke. This gives that deep exotic sound people go so nuts about in Audi 4.2s and BMW 4.0L S65 motors. It gives a different sound than big block V8s, instead of a deep bellowing roar its almost like a thunder clap which is what cars like the RS6/S5/M3 sound like. It's why they get raspy in the higher rev range as well. You can tell because even the new coyote 5.0 Mustangs have a similar sound when you put raspier exhausts on them like the Borla stuff. Overall V8s just sound good thought and pretty much universally always have when you don't hide them underneath a ton of catalytic converters, mufflers, and resonators.

Actually, you can do more, and easy with this fat engine, I am from Germany, I know. Besides I have the AS5R from Abt, 520 HP with compressor, and yes, it is not cheap, the on build from Abt cost € 30.000. :)

My dealer told me to wait for the V6 SC...when it came out, he was highly disappointed and said it felt soulless in comparison. Some folks love it, I'm not that enthused over it...that car is not small by any means and V6 just doesn't seem fitting.

Many people enjoy the feeling and thrill of the sound and driving experience on their own.

Just cause they like the sound a bit loud doesn't mean they want attention. The driver could prefer the sound the same way you prefer to have a quiet car.
