People say Audio Technica turntables are the best and ten times better than the Crosleys and Victrolas and Jensens. I'm planning on getting an Audio Technica soon
The Everyday Audiophile I'm planning on ordering the LP60 where you have to buy speakers for it or get this bundle called LP60SPBT BK which is the Bluetooth Audio Technica LP60 that comes with a Bluetooth wireless speaker and it comes in black
@@lauracorbett4577 That's a good "starter" table. Wireless or Active speakers are a good way to go as some of them have a phono input on the back so all you have to do is connect your new turntable. Easy peasy! If you want an upgrade to the speaker (over the one included with the AT bundle), I think some Bluetooth speakers can be found that will suit you (every budget is mentioned, you just have to scroll all the way through the list to their honorable mentions). Here's a list: www.wired.com/gallery/best-bluetooth-speakers/
The Everyday Audiophile Thank You I think I'm gonna buy Audio Technica LP60SPBT BK since I really want it and I love the fact that it comes with a Bluetooth wireless speaker already but some people think that Bluetooth turntables are useless because they have a difficult time pairing them with a Bluetooth speaker and some people have told to get the analog audio technica LP60
I also encouraged a girl on a video I watched where she has a Crosley and she was playing her Ariana Grande Thank U Next vinyl on it and it kept skipping and I told her that it was because of her Crosley record player and I encouraged her to buy an Audio Technica LP60SPBT BK and that Barnes And Noble has it sold online for $220.00 which is worth it and she said she will buy it once she has enough money
The major issue with the Crosley/Vicrola/Jensen turntables is that they damage LPs severely when they play them. The new AT-LP60SPBT is a good table and it's a big step up from the previous version. I think that if you buy the table itself and a Tribit XSound Go or an OontZ Angle 3 Ultra, you'll have better sound quality than the included AT speaker in the bundle plus, it will cost a little less.
@@lauracorbett4577 There is a CRAZY good deal on the Project Essential III turntable but you will need more equipment to make it work. It will be a very good table to build your setup around if you so choose. slickdeals.net/f/13844471-pro-ject-essential-iii-turntable-with-om-10-cartridge-199-free-shipping-other-models-43-off?src=catpagev2
