I did notice one interesting point in the abstract at the beginning. Satoshi states in a point about double spending , He uses the term "We" instead of "I'. It says "We propose a solution to the double spending problem" The mystery continues ten years on . Love your work
We is a commonly used pronoun in professional and academic writing. I would not read too much into "we" versus "I" in the context of the Bitcoin whitepaper.
Quite an original piece of work. I came across that document years ago, but I didn't think people would want to be involved in that. I thought the idea would die out before the coin gains any significant value. Lack of regulation and probably lack of complete understanding of the coin's functionality prevented me from buying it when bitcoin was still inexpensive. Later there were scandals of exchanges going out of business and people losing their coins. That further solidified my idea of staying away from bitcoin. It turned out, the bitcoin was one of the most lucrative investments in our lifetime. Oh well, I'm crawling back under a rock!

Hi guys, quick question here. Why is the word "We" instead of "I" used by Satoshi in the abstract? We propose a solution to the double-spending problem using a peer-to-peer network. Is Satoshi referring to himself along with Martii Malmi and/or other early public contributors? Or is Satoshi acknowledging/hinting that Satoshi Nakamoto is multiple people?
What word stands out in this sentence of the Introduction...... "In this paper, we propose a solution to the double-spending problem using a peer-to-peer distributed timestamp server to generate computational proof of the chronological order of transactions."
I’m just wondering how the miners will be rewarded after all the Bitcoin is mined? According to the white paper, miners are rewarded with Bitcoin, but after the Bitcoin is all mined, what then? Will attackers be able to comprise the system if no one is being rewarded for mining?
the fees are what pays the miners. that's the whole point of mining: use your pc components to solve equations for the crypto transaction in exchange of some of the cryptocurrencies, which are paid by the people who make transactions, called gas fees

The evidence of these emails points to Satoshi Nakamoto being one person. In my personal opinion, a group of people could not have created something simple and elegant because people in groups serve their egos more than the group's goal.
