I'm in the market for a new remote... Can I use my current pr00e4bs remote to program one of these to my system? The car came with it but my buttons are gone. Is that a thing or do I have to buy another of the same remote

Hi! This video was great. I need your help. I also have the prestige alarm system in my car.I lost one fob and the other fell in water. I have to buy a new fob, and this is where I feel might be a nightmare. My question to you is, Do I have to buy a prestige fob from their website? Or can I buy a generic brand? I also don't have the instruction book that you have in this video.
