Quick question , if a resident identifies that a particular medication is being given to a specific type of patients in the ward although the recommendations (guidelines) have changed and the resident points it out to the seniors. Is it a kind of an audit? How can one go with that. I'd be very grateful for your help !

Im preparing for my plab exam as well as mrcp1, but currently im not doing any job in Pakistan, so im a bit worried about my clinical gap so what do you suggest? I have completed my house job in 2022 my mrcp1 and plab 1 are in august 2024 , so what next should i do ones im done with plab 2 , which I'm planning to give by jan 2025
