Too much self grasping. I am sorry for you but let go of yourself at this time and be here on a mission to benefit al beings. Depression vanishes as soon as you stop latching on to your own happiness. Or at very least be depressed mindfully thinking "may I be depressed for all beings so they can be free and happy. I will take on all depression and endure it myself so no one else has to" then dedicate the merit of that mind to all beings for their happiness. I am running out of patience for depression. Depression isolates you. Some people grasp so hard at their depression as real that they kill themselves. Which is like killing God. Whatever you need more of to be happy I assure you it is not found the original self grasping. It is found through making yourself a servant of light for he benefit of all beings. That is where love is, your twin flame, health, wealth, etc. don't tell me you'd still be depressed if I handed you a million dollars right now. See? It's externally driven. Stop believing yourself self. Start listening to your soul. You are already perfect. Live life offering that to all beings. Stop letting your mind wander and collapse on itself. When you wash dishes think :" I am washing away all beings depression. May they feel clear and enjoy their bright luminous mind". When you sweep floors: "I am sweeping away all beings depression. May they be strong and happy in light" make every activity a service to all beings and light and forget yourself in the process. Get rea good at that and your twin flame will Show up To remind you who you are. And moreover, what you wish for others becomes your fate so wish for their happiness. You are a part of al beings. No need to consider yourself separately. But offering depression to the world does nothing and I am right running out of patience about it. Cowboy up as we say on our ranch. Grow a set. Forget your self and depression vanishes. Benefit beings.
New age bullshit conditioning.. That's exactly what I just read! Its become exhausting to see and hear it. Why does she need to do anything at all other than be present with her experience!? Who gives a shit if it's depression, that's ok.. what I'm saying is she need only be with herself and work on herself and her experience unique to her. I absolutely needed to hear this cause I actually felt a little frustrated towards the end of the eclipse. I couldn't understand why but you made it so perfectly clear. I feel hope that everything is working out for my benefit and the Universe is making me aware of stands between now and my future self. It's okay to feel. It's okay to be frustrated, confused, angry... all of the human emotions. We're so conditioned to either mask or deny our true feelings an outlet, that the shit builds and builds... and then either boom! Or you get sick.. So when you're having an emotion that's less than pleasurable, allow yourself to really feel it. Knowing that it won't last forever is what pushes me through, personally. Through pain we gain wisdom.

Maybe for ordinary people who don't mind habituation their emotions stronger and stronger to have total control over them it is alright. But not for a loghtworker and certainly not for the new species we are becoming. Hat is an immature approach to reality. Hitting a bag or screaming into your pillow doesn't do anything but make your emotions stronger. You both need to arm yourselves mentally and start watching your mind. Don't let emotions get to a point they have over powered you. Catch them as they arise from emptiness and watch them. Put the light on them and they will escape back into emptiness. You both risk being left behind here unless you can master your minds. Please do this hard work. Don't do it for you. When you become angry your mind gets frictious and hot, your body gets frictious and hot, your nervous system speeds up- and because in large part our nervous systems are in the larger world now due to our technology on the Internet and so on- that is dangerous for you and others ethericly. Beyond that and MUCH more importantly, when you allow anger to overtake your mind, you unbalance the natural elements of your body; causing them to be frictious and hot and sped up. Your body is not yours. It is billions of life forms heaped together intelligently working either in synastery if you are in good health and mind or in opposition of you are in poor health and mind. The afflictions of mind: jealousy, greed, attachment, anger, ignorance each correspond directly to an element of your body that on an overall basis are: Earh, wind, fire, water, metal. When your mind becomes disturbed by anger as you have exhibited here- and perhaps some indignant and unsolicited jealousy- you mix fire and some part metal in overload into your body systems. Your body gets hot and frictious. And because your body is nothing more than the creative display of elements embodied- and because your body is the same elements as the natural environment around you- when your mind gets angry, your body gets hot, and you cause heat to the larger world. This is the reason for our climate crisis. It is what people are doing with their minds (anger, jealousy) and the actions that they take whether it be buying a product that is environmentally damaging to try to improve themselves or making a massive financial investment in something like a new car or buying an oil line, fracking, and in other ways exploits the natural environment. It is all done in jealousy, anger and in some cases: greed and pride which averages as conceit for self over others. We are running out of time here to get his under control. It begins with each of us. We must each do our part to tame our minds and transform the runaway human emotions. You can do this, too. I am sorry to have provoked your anger but you really need to get over it. It is helping no one and hurting everyone- mostly you. Until you purify these I aural mind states you can't hope for unconditional love and perfect health. Those things are he result of having tamed your afflictions and abiding in the mind of love. You do this basically by changing your everyday mundane activities into high frequency activities- for example: when washing dishes tame your mind and gather merit: "I am washing away all beings anger and confusion. May they feel refreshed and brace to step into and remain in their origins state of primordial purity of mind. May they enjoy love and light" next dish. Or when sweeping: "I am sweeping away all beings anger and negative karma as he result of angry speech. May they feel cleansed of their temporary faults and enjoy the radiance of their natural unborn purity mind of light and love". And next task. Do this in every activity moment by moment and you will train your mind. Outbursts of anger are no longer acceptable here. Please tame your mind. If your anger is too strong to just watch when it arises them hold it: "I see you anger, like a baby needing attention. I will hold you gently until you come to peace" and hen do that. Your life is not worth much of your afflictions run you. This movement here is to offer all beings entry into he great pure land realms of mind or permanent residence in what is called the 5h dimension. I and many others here cannot keep coming back to remind you to do the basic work. You all have good qualities. Focus on them and your gratitude practice and conduct a holy war in your head and heart of you must. A jihad against your ego grasping mind that employs the weapons of anger, attachment, jealousy, greed, pride and ignorance AGAINST YOU. You are each divine and perfect beings. the energy is definitely intense....I stayed in during the eclipse and meditated, listened to music and journaled, and then took a nap. I am exhausted all the time but am listening to that and taking it easy.
The moon is the mother and the Sun is father. The moon stays close to her children. I have a double cancer sun with Leo ascendant. Imagine that. Getting both sides all the time. I felt like was watching a wedding watching the eclipse. And these days they remained in Leo and then Virgo together at like a retreat and honeymoon. This 74 yr. Old man is buying a mobile home on land with a USDA loan from clear across the country. And has been working on things lining it up all year. It is just now starting to come together! And craziest of things the neighbor next door is moving. Selling his house , and it does look like Animal House! He is trying to fix it up on his own!
HOLY SHIT it's so weird that so many people were feeling extremely frustrated and depressed.. so freaky. I thought I was the only one. I just moved into a new place from people who were huge partyers and I was in a room w/ two other people (I'm going to college) and I just wanted out. But the place I'm at now still isnt much better :/ And I've felt so anxious w/ what I wanna do with my life but I really learned its about doing what you LOVE and going with the flow

For a few weeks before the eclipse, I felt like life was unraveling. Moments after the eclipse, I had complete mental exhaustion. It is interesting that you mention a download because that is exactly how I felt. The next day though, I felt completely myself again. I feel comfortable and clear with what I am facing. That's not correct though. The moon isn't thinking "I like the dark". These are celestial bodies, they don't think. The Moon is illuminated and exalted by the Sun. That is a cosmic wedding par none ever witnessed on earth.
I do realize they are not "thinking" per say. It is just a way of explaining something with expedient means. Still, I do realize you are right that the moon is illuminated and exalted by the sun. However, not in the day time. Also, even if the moon is illuminated and exalted by the sun, sometimes putting a light on something that is used to the dark, can be illuminating of the darkness.
Cynthia, You're definitely not alone. My husband works with a few cancers and he said they have been totally loosing it too, breaking down and crying at work. I figured out hat crop circle last night in a dream. Took awhile. Had to start by climbing ladders. Then a flag pole. Then a bigger flag pole. Then a tower. And hen got that crop circle broadcast tower and was nervous of the electricity but turns out if you climb it you get the download. It's like as you pass each statement it keys into consciousness. Would the information have come through no matter what we were doing? I had to drop somebody off at the airport and then go to the store for a couple hours after the eclipse. I worried I was missing an opportunity to receive my upgrades because I was busy.
