A chase for bolts at the Grand Canyon and my buddy Mark showed up to make it more fun (and annoying). Sometimes you nail the shot, and sometimes when you nail it, you realize you didn't nail it. Check out the video and the end for how I botched the very image I was after on this day!

Even though you were not totally happy with the way things turned out, I thought it was beautiful. Especially since I will never be able to see the Grand Canyon in person. Thank you. It was beautiful.

71% is very…very specific lol. So I’ve been to the Grand Canyon. People I’ve talked with about it who’s never seen it are like……what’s it like? Forgive me for this analogy Mike. But I say to them, it’s like me trying to explain a mushroom trip to you lol. You just have to experience it for yourself entirely. Cool video again man! You never disappoint.

Awesome! Have you tried somethting like Topaz Photo AI to sharpen that lightning bolt? You can limit what it sharpens to only your subject...

YUP, it actually did fine with the Canyon itself, but it doesn't seem to understand how to sharpen lightning enough to make it not look out of focus. It can't seem to tighten it up, make it more skinny. Otherwise, BOOM I woulda posted it already haha. Good idea!
