I had a brain injury 2 years ago, I’ve been trying to journal, plan things it helps me stay focused. Having traumatic brain injury effected my short term memory, and got vertigo to go with it from my brain injury . So it’s helps me keep motivated even I dnt finish everything on my to do list long I accomplished something keeps the depression down some . But live watching your videos how inspiring you are to others .

I loved this tips and I relate a lot about procrastinating all because of the fear it won’t turn out exactly how you want it. I’m planning on consistently learning one specific language for this month atm. Too much social media does the same to me but mostly TikTok. I’ve decided to take a break from it months ago then I redownloaded when I’ve finally learned to limit my uses of the apps^^ Thank You sm for your efforts in making this video!
