40:45 Was just able to use this strategy to establish protocols and manage a certain uncontrollable superior in the office who is suffering from “main character syndrome” (they think they are the main character in everyone’s lives). The system / framework I imposed applies to all so it was also a tactful way of not singling anyone out. Hope it will help protect the people around me in the process.
