Great video.. How the heck do you get ahold of the RRB nowadays? I left the RR sometime ago but am still vested. Getting ready to collect, but guess the railroad has only one person answering the phones now. Can't find out how to secure message either.. I live in Phoenix now and I understand they have, or used to have an office here. 😞
