I have come to realize I am definitely a seasonal stitcher! I do love to get finishes and work on projects to get them done, but stitching in the season really helps motivate me. Quilting and cross stitching have become such a balm to my nerves and truly are a therapy. Thank you for offering so much to this community! I am over the moon about the upcoming PDF releases for the new patterns.

Thank you all for each great floss tube you put out! You have amazing patterns for quilting and cross stitching with beautiful fabric kits too! As for my stitching, I prefer to stitch in seasons however, I do switch out to sampler stitching in between projects. The Teresa Kogut fabric kit is super cute 😀 with those scarecrows printed on it! Aww. Nettie. You and I could really be great stitching friends. I love to quilt and now have added cross stitch back into my life. I always have something to stitch when I sit outside, watch tv or travel in the car. I agree that I cannot just sit and watch tv. My hands have to be busy. Love the sweatshirt!! I am a half and half seasonal stitcher. I like to be working on all kinds of projects at anytime. Another great floss tube ladies!!

It's great that you're releasing the PDF's early, looking forward to stitching them. I'm definitely a seasonal stitcher, I just never seem to get anything finished within the season. Oh well, I enjoy trying! The Teresa Kogut fabric is awesome. You ladies are so right, her patterns are so recognizable and have become one of my favorites. Thanks for another great floss tube!

I stitch in the season primarily. Right now I am in the midst of working monogamously on a Christmas stocking for my 5th grandchild. It is one of the Cross Stitch & Country Crafts Heirloom stockings. I have all of your new Halloween stitches kitted and ready for the moment the last backstitch is finished, I love the Theresa Kogut fabric kit for the free pattern Friday.

Having worked in the big box fabric stores for about 20 years, that always had to sell stuff BEFORE the season, I now appreciate stitching in the season. I'm mostly a fall/Halloween/Christmas Stitcher though. Working on Teresa Kogut's Whimsy Witch currently.

I just finished Autumn Quilt and I love it so now I am going to start Autumn Quaker! Always love to quilt with Teresa's fabrics. I would say I usually start right before the season hoping to get it finished prior or during the season.

I am working on a temperature quilt using last year’s design by Fat Quarter Shop. I am also working on a pieced backing for a king size quilt. I am going to select another cross stitch project for the fall that I can also take with me on a road trip in October. I am a very slow stitcher.

25 count even weave is my favorite cloth. I like to stitch in the season and currently I am stitching a birth sampler and then will start stitching Halloween next. I like seasonal stitching on 25 or 28 ct. evenweave. Sometimes the seasons overlap till a stitch is finished ,lol. If stitching is therapy and seeing a therapist cost a lot, then my budget for cross stitch just went up quite a lot!!! Maybe Katie’s applesauce cookies could be in the next Nashville Cookbook. To recap last week’s post, my 82 yr old mother pass her 2nd attempt at her driving test! I was so happy/ proud of her when she nailed the parallel parking, I almost cried.😂

Just ordered my sweatshirt yesterday. Checked out and then ordered three of the patterns and the finishing kits. Now to wait. I was at a retreat in the spring and they made a quilt out of a jelly roll that I'm trying to work in. I also fill like I'm wasting time if my hands are not working on something. Usually not housework. Oh at the moment I'm stitching on Folksy Thomas by Theresa Kogut till Saturday and them I will start When Witches Go Riding by Brenda Gervais. I'm mostly a seasonal stitcher. I typically stitch whatever strikes my fancy. Sometimes it’s in season and sometimes it’s not. Like right now I’m working on Emily Call’s Quilted Christmas Snowman. Here in Phoenix it will still be very much summer for at least the next 6 weeks. I like to stitch in season, and right now I have two summer stitches that I'm trying to finish because I don't want them to be UFO's. I like 14 ct vintage country mocha, my absolutely favorite. I like to stitch about a month before the holiday. Likely it will not be done for the season this year,but it’s a jump start for next year. If it does get done well that’s great! I love the purple/black fabric fat quarters. Have a nice holiday weekend. Your cross stitch patterns are the best!

I am almost done with my first quilt! I used one of your fat quarter bundles and it's so pretty and scrapy. I stitch on some in season wips, but I rotate with whatever I want to stitch! Loving the purple and black bundle 💜 Halloween and fall are my favorite!
