Matt Greiner, my name's Nick, and I'm a metal drummer and evolved my drumming style from you, how you constantly switch snare hits and everything :)... but man, I love God and truly live my life the way you do, and not because I want to copy you, but because we were both raised with the same values, and I feel really close to you now =)... you may never see this, but I love you as a brother man, and my faith just gets stronger and stronger everytime I hear you speak =)

Drums is definitely what I'm passionate about, I'm proud to be known for it around my local town and held in some regard! I still enjoy a social drink or smoke with friends, nothing wrong with it (: Matt's a great speaker, maximum respect for those who practise what they preach!

Every interview that Matt does is excellent. I can listen to him and learn from what he has to say, i drum also although im not very good. But like Matt says, just practice and practice and keep that passion in your heart.

i am a drummer to and drums made me who i am and i realized that drugs are not the way to go in life but i never intended to do drugs anyways but august burns red has been a great inspiration in my life and thanks for making inspirational music to my ears

I play drums as well, and Matt's right. You go a day without them and you star to go crazy. Matt's a huge inspiration to me, along with Jordan Mancino. Both great people and great musicians. Honestly I hope to be touring with them one day.

I think my personal natural high is playing bass. As with Matt's God-given talent for drums, I believe He has given me my love for playing bass; and I hope to turn it into a career somewhere down the road. I encourage all my fellow upcoming musicians to persevere and don't fall to temptation, regardless of your beliefs, as well as others whose natural highs don't have to do with music. :)
