Yes finally a person has admitted what we are all feeling. I just wish if you’ve nothing inspiring to to talk about, you could just not upload or maybe talk about something else ❤. It’s encouraging that you didn’t just scramble for any products to talk about and admitted that there’s nothing special at the moment. I’m getting tired of the hard sell, where there’s a wonderful new product every week. But not compared with previous products of the week.
The G&G peptide serum is my August favorite too :D it is so nice to see it appearing here. I find that your opinion about products often matches my own, so I trust a lot what you recommend. Although I have more oily skin, this serum works great in my PM routine. And maybe in winter also in AM. Usually peptide serums are more water based, but I prefer this serums texture above The Ordinary one. it just feels so nice and silky on the skin, but not greasy. Thanks for breaking down the peptides in this serum, I like this product even more now :))

Geek and gorgeous is my absolute fav! I love their retinal, porefectly clear bha and their vitamin c- all three effective and amazing. Want to try their peptide too! I’ve tried their two moisturizers though and thought they were just okay nothing special. I did also try 3 of their liquid exfoliants and they again weren’t my fav.
I love that G$G has a peptide serum. I been trying several so it was hard to say if it made major changes. Bout def will buy again at that price. My skin def was hydrated when using it.

^ if you ever tried Geek and Gorgeous retinal I think u might love it! It’s my absolute fav cause for me tret was way to drying no matter what I did. So I’m able to use their retinal more times during the week than I could with tret.
I got a sample of that frarmacy honey milk essence a few months back and loooved it. The tiny sample bottle lasted quite a while, too. I need to bite the bullet and buy the full size. I just haven't yet because I love the cocokind ceramide serum and I also use the cosrx propolis synergy toner. I know the cocokind didn't agree with your skin when it was compromised though. I haven't had that issue but my skin also hasn't been compromised. But ya long-winded way of saying I'm definitely going to be re-upping on that farmacy essence. You also just influenced me to order the geek and gorgeous power peptides..been eyeing that one since it came out. Excited to try!! Also definitely been eyeing that haru haru sunscreen. We have suuuch similar taste. I just love you and your channel ❤❤

I want to love the haruharu but I have such issues with it pilling under makeup! 😩 I ordered mine from Amazon, but checked the seller/shipper and the packaging, and I’m quite certain it’s the real thing. Maybe I’m using too much? I’m sad because everyone else has said it’s a great primer-like layer under makeup!
Pilling can be caused by the interaction of 2 products, so while this one might not pill for some people it might not agree with other products in your routine. I've had this with some sunscreen, the moisturizer is usually the culprit. But it's also not always realistic to change your moisturizer for your sunscreen!
Haruharu has no words. It’s my favorite. I find it doesn’t sting if my skin is sensitive for whatever reason. I just ordered 4 bottles (or tubes or whatever they are)
I call it "Clearing the Brain Cache" 😂 My bf doesn't understand. I ask him to do something or give him info & I just need a response. Not joking, not silence. Just a "got you" so I can remove that mental load & tend to other things. Its become such an interference on my productivity that I told him "I'm writing it down, your only important job is to check it. Period. TY." Then all I have to do is make sure he checks the list. Not store that info, & he doesn't have to either. Its brilliant.
I haven't tried this specific product by G&G, but I've tried many others, and I think they're a great brand! Affordable, efficacious and innovative. Glad to see them make an appearance on your channel.
Haha love your description of haruharu’s spf! I agree 100%. I’m almost finished with my tube and it’s my favorite Korean spf to date. As a combo-oily person this truly is the best of both worlds. Plus no eye sting, cast, or pilling on my deep genetic neck lines! New good molecules’s vitamin c has a drying/mattifying effect and this spf helps soothe that tightness. I know for a fact I WANT this for winter. It’s the spf I love to put on. ❤ Also geek&gorgeous gives me the Ordinary vibes before it was bought by Estée Lauder. I want to place a big order with them with x2 vitamin c, x1 glycolic toner, and x2 power peptides for using on my face+neck and deep stretch marked areas from pregnancy! When I first tried Airyfit I was in store and I felt the exact same. I wasn’t expecting much and then the first thing I thought when I was rubbing it onto hand was “Jee… what the heck was that! This feels perfect” I actually had to stop and go back to the shelf. I’m not sure if I’m just making this up but this is how I remember Purito Unscented feeling. It's purely due to content, it allows me the ability to test more things, work different ingredients into my routine with less irritation on my sensitive skin. If I wasn't doing RU-vid, I probably wouldn't change it.

I have used the subscription tretinoin and I don't think it does anything. It's not at a meaningful percentage in the same way like you'd get at your dermatologist office. The over-the-counter retinol might actually be stronger than the subscription brands' percentages. I'm going to talk to my dermatologist and then test it out for a year a year and compare!
I am using the BoJ mask and although I like the texture and effect, I really hate the smell. The mix of honey and rice is somewhat unpleasant to me. I loved the red bean mask way more. I did love both the mineral and chemical haru haru sunscreens to the point that I have already been through multiple tubes. Wasn’t a fan of the packaging as the pump often got stuck, I prefer a squeeze tube, but the formula was spot on. I am going to try the newly released BoJ sunscreen next. I would like to try the Farmacy essence but it is too expensive for my budget
I got my BOJ rice and honey mask this week and I fell in love with the texture! After one use I didn't notice if it calmed my redness but it did leave my skin sooo soft so definitely gonna keep using it :) Thanks Kelly, another great video!

Those have been favs o also the GG vita c serum too, I have never been able to use LA vita c and I can use this and it's good I mean I don't over do it just a few times a week right now but I haven't got the irritation from it that I usually get as soon as it's applied from other LA serums I have tried.

I have a history of oral dermatitis and I think my retinal and azelaic acid may have irritated the area around my mouth a bit again. So I set those actives aside for the time being. Should I set the peptide serum aside for now as well? My routine: AM: Make P:REM Safe Me. Relief Essence Toner; G&G Peptides serum, Goodall sunscreen; PM: BOJ gel cleanser, Make P:REM Safe Me. Relief Essence Toner, G&G Peptides serum, Aveeno calm and restore moisturizer. I am 47. Prior to setting aside the retinal and azelaic, I used naturium .05 retinal in the PM and peach slices azelaic twice a day.... My chief concerns are redness and anti-aging Thank you in advance for reading this lengthy message!
Hmmm that's hard to know, there isn't anything exfoliating or that increases skin cell turn over in G&G so it might be safe to continue with. But your skin may also just heal faster if you focus on a simple healing routine, you have to listen to your skin and feel out what works while your skin is healing up.
