I understand her reasons for leaving and I wish her a lifetime of happiness and what a great way to bow out, one last performance with the girls. She'll always be my favourite member and I'll forever adore her but I'm still gonna support DK3 100%. Lemonade is a tune and I can't wait to hear what else they have in-store for us.

she did say that her dream come true in having a family is coming true and at the end when she announces DK3, she says, "While I am going to have some babies.." something like that...so she doesn't say shes prego but she gaves us the hint there.
I'm really sad that Aundrea is leaving DK -she's always been my fav. But I wish her and her family all the best for the future, hope she gets to have the family that she wants :)
I can't say I'm surprised, but I am sad. I can understand though, she's pregnant and engaged, she has bigger things to focus on right now... but that doesn't mean cant/wont make a come back. I really do wish her all the best. I love all of DK, I know a few years ago I wished for a comeback rather it was just 4/5 or 3/5. Aubs, Dawn and Shannon will SLAY.. they are powerhouses.
Going on this journey with Danity Kane is stressful man! I had my doubts about Drea soon as they reunited, but hey it's her decision and yes she will be missed ....just not really understanding why she reunited in the first place ...but I wish her the best
She was definitely my favorite ....but I had a feeling she wouldn't go all the way with the Reunion ....if anyone watched Aubreys show ....she clearly stated to Johnny Wright ....that this was not what her life was about anymore .....so I'm not surprised she left .....I was really surprised she came back ....

Diddy was right all along during MTB when he said that she was the first one who wanted to leave the group and if he was going to go forward with a DK2 or 3 or whatever back then that he wouldn't be comfortable keeping her in the group. He knew she was too flaky. Such a shame.
I remember a scene from making the band 4 i guess. After D woods and Aubrey got fired. Where diddy told aundrea if he would make a another girl group he wouldn´t be so comfortable with her in it. seems like he was absolutely right!

Omg I've followed these girls from making the band mtv , d.woods dawn Aubrey drea and Shannon so I know the struggle they all been thru and the truth is drea has always wanted a family , so am happy for her and I'm also happy that Danity Kane will continue as 3 , I think Shannon Aubrey and dawn is a perfect combination since d.woods did wanna come back . I completely understand when Drea announced that she was leaving the group because since the first album she wanted to be in a great relationship and she loves music but she loved her love life much better and I bet they all still talk to each other and be congratulating each other on their futures so when I heard of Drea leaving the group I said that's the end of Danity Kane again because Drea a D.Woods was the best singers but the best dancers were Dawn and Shanon and Aubrey just had so much sex appeal and that made Danity Kane.
Initially I wasnt even going to comment on this but after reading all the others I've got to get this off my chest. *Disclaimer*: We may agree to disagree on what Im about to say which is completely understandable. Alright let's go, when DK first announced they were reuniting I was stoked and I was even more pleased that D.Woods wasnt going to be a part of it because she Still blatantly has an ego. (Thats not to say the others didnt back when they broke up but today in 2014 they've clearly grown and Wanita clearly has not) If you do some research, you can conclude that she's still very much about "me, me, me, me" and that can't work in a Group. (Dawn was going at her solo career independent and was making coin, doing her numbers, and successfully making a name for herself, by herself. And as successful as she was on her way, she put it ALL aside for the group because they helped made her what she is today: That's called loyalty and humility. Enough said on that.) In addition to that when the drama broke out between Wanita and the others in which she claimed they allegedly "didnt invite her back", I never believed her then (because Aubrey was at the forefront of getting the group back together and her and Wanita were close...so why wouldnt she as well as the others invite her back?) because history has shown she's very back and forth with her stories, and as much as she claims to be real, in reality she is not. So in conclusion on Wanita...thanks for your time in DK5 but sometimes *the past needs to stay in the past, so that something new can form in the present* *Now, Aundrea*...Yes Lil' Muff is cute. She's always been cute, and she'll always be cute and she was without question the powerhouse vocalist BUT next to Wanita, she was always an undercover problem child in the situation because she appeared to never know what exactly she wanted. She wants to sing, then she doesnt, then she does, then she doesnt, its alot to deal with because you're yo-yo'ing around with people's lives/careers. She's unfortunately very wishy washy (and Diddy said that to her face the day he fired her. He said he wouldnt feel comfortable doing the group with her again because she's unstable) I personally couldnt deal with someone like that in a group *because if you "damaged" my bank account, YES, you will be "fixin it, fixin it, fixin it"*. Shannon is the oldest in the group, has been married since before the group formed, doesn't have any kids, and still puts her all into it. NO ONE can say Shannon never kept it 100. It's incredibly frustrating to watch this video as a fan because Aundrea did the promos, recorded the tracks, walked the red carpets, did the interviews, did the House of Blues, did the radio appearances, etc. and then bam she just shows up with "They are going to kill it for you guys while I go have some babies" O_o! On a lighter note, yes, congrats to her on her engagement, and her pregnancy because a child is always a blessing and apparently this is something she's always wanted AND also that the other girls still love her, still remain friends with her and will no doubt be there for her during her pregnancy. (That's some real ass friends right there and you can tell through that that they are grown now) so Im happy for her on a personal level. On a professional level however, no, I'm not going to pretend Im happy about it. This group is working HARD to go at it alone and make the comeback we've been waiting for and it just seems like they cant catch a break. The Saturdays have 5 members just like the original line up did. 3/5 of that group are mothers and every last one of them made it very clear that they were not leaving the group and being pregnant was not going to effect the outcome of the group. All 3 stayed, worked with the group while pregnant, sang with the group, performed with the group, went on tour etc. all the way up to the point where they could no longer. They left, gave birth, did maternity leave, came back, and put out another album. Aundrea. What's your excuse? *My final thought on the matter is this:* If Aundrea Fimbres is leaving the group for good, then I'm disappointed she put the other girls and us fans through all this hopeful crap yet again. And if she's not leaving for good which would be a smart move for her financially, professionally and spiritually in my opinion then she shouldve done a better job at making that clear to the people who have supported her over the years. I say that because some of comments have mentioned her saying the whole "WHILE I go have some babies" thing. AND again, that's very wishy washy. Be here or not be here. Dont pick and choose. Stop with the mess and be Direct. *This time, if Aundrea leaves, thank you to her for her time in DK5, and the short-lived DK4 but...she needs to stay gone.*
She needs to stay gone if she isn't going to be fully committed to the group and is going to be flaky. I only want her to come back if she is serious. If she isn't going to do that, then goodbye Aundrea. Her telling the group about her plans to leave a week before the tour started speaks volumes about her.
Leah Towers Agreed. That stunt she pulled only solidified how I feel about her. I never cared for D.Woods as a person, only cared about her vocals and now Aundrea is the same. Dont care for her as a person but vocals were always good. But you know what: Aubrey, Dawn, and Shannon gon be just fine
As a fan and supporter of DK from MTB I can honsetly say I appreciate your very lengthy but heart felt comment. I have to say that I agree with everything you said and that is why I said D. Woods is somewhere laughing at these girls! I agree that D is still salty and I believed the girls when they said they invited her back but I also believed her story when she said that she asked them if they can wait until she at least full-fill her already signed engagements. Now they are supporting Aundrea's while she drop them like a hot pattie. So Karma is more of a bigger B*&^% than anyone. I love how you emphasize how everyone sacrificed their own personal agendas to rejoin for the fans but unfortunately some people will always take this opportunity for granted.
Aundrea has always been my favorite member. But… her leaving does allow the group to showcase more of their dancing. Bc if you've noticed they toned down a lot of their moves to make them simpler. Probably so Drea could keep up. They showed a lot more choreography in lemonade and rhythm of love.
Aundrea has always been my favorite. It sucks to see her go but Tired of seeing the negative comments about her being flaky. She obviously didn't plan on getting pregnant... And even tho she didn't blatantly say she was pregnant... She is. She is not leaving the group just because she is getting married... And for those that have a hope that she is coming bk... It's not going to happen... She is focused on family... All I can say is congrats Aundrea! DK3 keep pushing.
We all loved her in the group and will miss her dearly, but we should at least be happy for her. Nobody can plan when they get proposed to, and when you decide to get married, you start talking about kids, and you have to do what's best for them. Being on the road is no way for those kids to grow up. She's doing the right thing.
I'm going to miss D Woods & Aundrea. Nothing is ever as good as the original set. But Much love & respect to Aubrey, Dawn & Shannon! Keep killing it girls, supporting yall forever!

in my opinion, it's family pressure or pressure from her other half. if she had the support and the love from the people around her then anything is possible. this is an opportunity to show how strong women are and it was given away way to easy. there are many women who have kids and still get things done. if an effort was given to try things out then maybe there would be so many hard feelings about it. with that being said, I bid you farewell... peace and blessings.

I do belive that she is going to have the baby and then when she can after the baby is born and able to be with out her for long periods of time Aundrea will be back a baby on tour is not a good thing at including if the baby has only recently been born.
Well I understand her decision to leave the band and start her life together with her husband-to-be but it's a damn shame because she was my favorite and the fact that she helped reunite the girls to bring DK back makes seem as though she was not fully into bringing them back together...I know a lot of her fans are not happy but she's gotta do what she's gotta do. Though Shannon is married and has a life with her husband as well as her singing career so it's a little like wtf
Aubrey confirmed years ago that Aundrea was not pregnant when she made this announcement. She just no longer wanted to be in the music industry. She wanted to be a mom and enjoy her family. It was disappointing because the group was coming back out and then Aundrea leaves .....and then Dawn and Aubrey get in a fight.
Beyonce was while her pregnancy on tour, on promoting, do a new album, start do a documentation, a new fragrance and still have a nice family, friends and relationship with her hubby. Nobody can be like B, but Aundrea cant record one Album with only some parts?? Come on, they are four girls. And the tour was only a few shows, not a world tour for years. I cant believe that the reason is her family. They planned a comeback over month and not yet to tomorrow. So why she doesnt planned the family planing then? Drea is the first one, that the most fans going to listen and buy the album. Now nobody wants to see the trio. Its like an european Trio with some influences of Rnb and thats because of Dawn. Shes the next in the Group with a special vocal. Very sad. DK was a real Rnb/Pop Group with very different styles and vocals put in one beautiful song. I know the music industry is hard but has anyone read the interview Aubrey just did with the Chicago Tribune? Aubrey said Aundrea told the group about her plans a WEEK before the tour started. I get the music industry is hard, but that is just flaky and bad business. If she wasn't fully into the reunion she shouldn't have done it in the first place.
I'm VERY happy for her and want her to be happy. But I just cant get with this DK3 foolishness. Drea is the best vocalist out of the 5 of them, why lose the best singer? This explains why they got quiet all of a sudden, they were recording new songs without her and doing new photoshoots without her. She never said if this was for good or if it was just a hiatus but my excitement just plummeted. It's too many empty spots there with just 3. Im just lost on this. And even tho I like Lemonade I'd much rather them just put out buzz singles or a mixtape and just wait for Aundrea until she felt she was ready. I mean Drea KILLED the december show in LA. Her dancing was amazing and you could tell she was excited. So I doubt she wasnt into it. She's already done interviews talking about them as a 4some. I almost cried watching her announcement.
Danity Kane has never worked with 3 girls. They tried it once before with just Aundrea, Dawn and Shannon but that failed. Its just the chemistry of the 5 girls work musically.
Aubrey also said that you can't make someone want the same thing as you. I think Aundrea wanting to leave the group goes deeper than her being pregnant. I think she just wanted to do something different in her life. She just isn't in to music anymore. I I would have respected that if she would have said it from the beginning. I only want Aundrea to return to the group if she is fully committed and won't flake out. If she isn't going to do those things, then it should stay with Dawn, Aubrey, and Shannon.

It's crazy how a lot of people "think" they have an idea of what's really going on with people and their OWN, PERSONAL lives. Who's to say that she hadn't spoken to the other girls already about her departure? I'm pretty sure she didn't just out of the blue decided to leave. And so what? Are you apart of this group? The team? Didn't think so.. People will form their own opinion about situations and do so to the point to where they believe it. Unless you know true facts, stop bitching and move on. DK has. Originally I was as upset over this as a lot of the fans are. However after taking a step back, I realize she IS pregnant already. How can she do dance moves and especially to those types of songs when shes pregnant at ANY stage. Its rather distasteful. Drea has always been the classy, shy, sweet, sensitive one. Also she never said she was gone forever. Everyone thought DK was over when Diddy fired them but they came back. Drea is pregnant so things have to change but that doesnt mean forever.
