没想到在美国波士顿小姑的家,也能做出亚洲家常菜,
简单又不失美味,
第一道菜
1) 虾球炒杂菜 - Stir-Fried Mixed Vegetable with Shrimp
材料A : Ingredients A :
3~4 汤匙 油 - 3~4 tbsp Oil
少许 生姜 - dash of ginger
少许蒜米 - dash of garlic
2~4朵 香菇 - 2~4 Shiitake mushrooms
少许红萝卜 - some of carrot
½ 粒灯笼椒 - ½ bell pepper
适量西兰花 - Proper amount Broccoli
少许 酱油/老抽 - dash of soy sauce
½ 茶匙 盐 - ½ tsp salt
半茶匙 薯粉(勾芡) - ½ tsp tapioca flour (for Thickening)
少许 糖 - dash of sugar
材料 B(腌制): Ingredients B (Marinate):
适量的明虾 - Proper Amount of prawns
少许蚝油 dash of oyster sauce
少许 胡椒粉 dash of white pepper
少许油 dash of Oil
1茶匙 玉米粉(勾芡) - 1 tsp corn flour (for Thickening)
第二道菜
2) 老干妈炒肉丝豆干 - LaoGanMa Fried Shredded Pork and Dried Tofu
材料: Ingredients:
3~4 块豆腐干 - 3~4 blocks dried tofu
适量的 猪肉碎 - Proper Amount of minced pork
12寸生铁锅/铸铁锅 - 12 inches Cast Iron Wok
少许油 - dash of Oil
少许 生姜 - dash of ginger
适量的蒜米 -Proper Amount of garlic
2~3 汤匙老干妈辣椒酱 - 2~3 tbsp Lao Gan MA Chili Sauce
适量 蒜苗 - Proper Amount of garlic
少许 酱油/老抽 - dash of soy sauce
少许 糖 - dash of sugar
少许 葱 - dash of green onion
第三道菜
3) 肉碎嫩豆腐 Tofu with minced Pork
材料 A: I ngredients A:
一块水豆腐 - 1 blocks soft tofu
1茶匙 玉米粉(勾芡) - 1 tsp corn flour (for Thickening)
4~5 汤匙 水 - 4~5 tbsp water
1汤匙 蚝油 - 1tbsp oyster sauce
少许 黑酱油/老抽 - dash of black soy sauce
少许 酱油/老抽 - dash of soy sauce
13.33 少许 胡椒粉 - dash of white pepper
半茶匙 糖 - ½ tsp sugar
少许油 - dash of Oil
少许猪肉碎 - dash of minced pork
少许蒜米 - dash of garlic
材料 B:(装饰) Ingredients B:(Garnish)
适量的 油 - Proper Amount of Oil
少许 葱 - dash of green onion
