Giya Rose same here. The world is cruel and if you don't have the luck to grow up that peaceful and protected like her, then it is very hard for such ppl to make a life in this world. Actually if you can't sing or create great art ppl only see you as "weird" and not as they always talk so nice about her. But still she is inspiring me to get back to my true self a bit more and stand up for who I am. I wish for her the world will not break her like it does with most of the ppl of her kind.

I understand. But don’t forget, you can learn to take off the facade again. I guess it can be really hard, and take very long. I think maybe it’s worth it a try? I felt like I couldn’t do this for years, but growing up a bit, I realized I can, and I feel freer again, like when I was a kid. I think there are still plenty of people who would call her weird (and plenty who don’t). She calls her fans warriors and weirdos! Bringing a pinecone to such a formal setting is weird. But she does it anyway because she wants to. Weird isn’t so bad if you are comfortable with it. I think people don’t only like her because she is an artist. By the way she talks and what about, she looks like she’s very in peace with herself, and that’s what makes her likeable. You don’t have to be an artist to be like that. Don’t look for the answers on the outside or what other people want you to do. Look inside. Aurora does, and look what she’s like :) I don’t think she’s easy to break either! :D

Me too. There was always smth about her that seemed odly familiar to me and I couldn't quite get it until I recently started watching loads of her interviews and I realized: she seems familiar bc she reminds me of myself and who I used to be. But unlike her, I was very unlucky to not be accepted for who I was and got bullied to the point I had to stop all my quirks, change the way I spoke, killed, or at least put to sleep, all the magic I had in me. Seeing her being herself made me miss me so dearly. I'm moving away from everything and everyone I know soon and I hope I can wake the little, magical, innocent me who is sleeping soon, since I'm starting over. I encourage you to try and do the same ❤️

Not awkwardness but uniqueness. There is nothing awkward about Aurora, she is intelligent, thoughtful, wise, insightful, honest, kind, empathetic, witty, funny, independent, individualistic and above all, always true to her thoughts and ideals and therefore an outstanding human being. I don't see any awkwardness in those fine qualities.

@@tinzalix8624 That is your opinion but I do feel the need to point it out. The historical data about the pinecone is factual. Now as to the spiritual connection aspect about it, I have experienced it. And I recognize its' significance. Nature reflects a larger universal theme. Music can and does have multiple meaning(s) on its listeners. That said, we can still enjoy it together. Although you may not find or need a religious meaning in the music, I do find a spiritual one. It seems to me that singing and music does stir the soul. ;)

Everyone is the same. Some lost touch with their childlike personality because of all the responsibility and society and norms and rules and everything. She is just another human being with a very distinct aura and personality also who have not lost her true-self. I hope she does not lose it ever. There is no higher evolved being, stop spreading useless ego-feeding information to feel good about yourself. We do not need to seek out evolved self or try to be a higher being. Just be at peace with yourself and everything. Stop putting up facade. What you just said also a kind of facade. And throughout my life all the people I have met and seen who talk about higher self and evolved beings are all living in a illusion trying to flee from their demons and rejecting their bad sides. Just be true, follow your heart, love yourself and your surrounding, I think that is enough. I hate these ego boosting propaganda. All it does it makes your soul and heart hollow with fake pompousness.

The ways these people treated you were terrible :( It’s sad that some people didn’t try to understand your need and crossed your boundaries. I hope you are surrounded by kinder people now :)) And yes, I think Aurora has a wonderful influence on all of us in how she doesn’t fit the normal social standard and doesn’t try to, doesn’t need to, and doesn’t feel ashamed about being herself. And she gives off a compassionate & empathic vibe. I would love to meet her & be her friend too :)) And yes, watching her interviews and seeing how many people around her treat her with kindness & understanding & appreciation, instead of contempt, is very heartwarming :)
