So It's 30 min less than IST. any reason for not following IST. I've heard that many stations follow their country's standard time.

which is Bharat i's supply base? when you people stay there for months, are your food and essentials stored in the station itself?

Yes... We have our own station storage. Bharati is an independent station. There is no requirement for a separate supply base. We have our own helipad and ship docking station.

I am not in Antarctica currently... But it must be 24hrs night now. We have 24 hrs of night for 54 days from mid May to mid July... And 24 hrs of daylight from mid December to mid February
