I’m 24 and I’ve spent more than half of my life barefoot. You feel more connected to earth. It feel therapeutic taking walks on a field with your bare feet. Only places where I’ve worn shoes is where they require them and when I walk on the streets. People spit on the ground and will not expose my feet to those surfaces. So yeah, life is better without shoes :)
As someone that has had to wear shoes most of their life, I can agree that no shoes definitely feels therapeutic. Any chance I get I take my shoes off, it just feels more natural that way, and more comfortable. My feet touch things they never have before, I get new sensations as well. Things I've touched with my hands but they feel new when your feet can touch them.
@@jose_is Just sit in a chair outside for 20 or 30 minutes on nice days, with your bare feet on the ground - It's a form of therapy called "Grounding" or "Earthing"...

Why am I so drawn to Auroras voice and music? I think it can be illustrated by drawing a parallell to a moment from "The Lord of The Rings." When Gandalf is lost and imprisoned atop Orthanc, there comes a butterfly gliding through the darkness landing on his hand. It is accompanied by a lone voice from the choir, a voice with the promise that there exists beyond a world of beauty and hope.
I've probably watched this video a hundred times over the years. Such a great performance! The band's mellow intensity, thoughtfulness of the back up vocals and the way she spreads her wings on the vocal reverb makes this such a magical track. love it
I stumbled over this gig a week ago and was in love with her music right away. She is only 23 years old - writing, singing and dancing to her own composed music- as an independent artist. And on top, especially this song touches me because she does her own thing. I really recommend all to watch the full performance because it is 100% authentic. Hope to see her live some day.

I think these 5 songs, performed at KEXP, are the best example of her music and sound. This was from a year ago though. In her newer vids she's shaved her pits and hired some women to squirm around while she sings. Time marches on and like all who have gone before her, she's become civilized. :(
I am somewhat of an expert in magical crystal formation(crystallisis magicae) application--crystals are most definitely magical. Also jumping from a magical crystal(my diugh) to a car(your mom)...is a TINY step...one that is so small no one knows what I am talking about.
It doesn't matter really. She could believe in anything, I don't care as long as she is recording such marvels. (And I'm a rational, I know that this magic crystals bunk has no proof).

Bryan Keller On the contrary she is actually a very good singer. Her pitch is fine and she has this cool chanting style. Plus she’s very consistent and her volume and tone while moving around so much.
My friend, you should do some more research, this girl can sing, you have videos around without all this reverb. Also let me tell you this: there is no harmonizer/autotunerish behind this sound. What you hear comes from two back vocals, the guitar player and the girl behind aurora, that girl energizes the vocals 10 times take a closer look
