So much better. You can't even compare the two. I just installed a SSS speaker in a Proto s3 with a Ls 5 and it sounds incredible. I plan on ordering a couple more from you for a Gp9 and Sw1200. Great stuff man!
In theory, you could wire ONE of the stock speakers with the SSS speaker in parallel for a 4Ω total load. If you wired all three together you would need to use either all series or combination series-parallel but in either case you're raising the total impedance which will result in LESS power output from the decoder. The stock speakers do not sound good and are not efficient so I see no benefit to wiring any of them with the SSS speaker.
