@@lskier1025 Her likeness for Philip was more of a deep friendship, one born from fighting side by side, he also knew she was a woman and didn’t care, all he cared was that she had saved his life, and that she was helping him get Aurora back and for him that was enough to make him like and trust her. From then on they became friends

No but it still doesn't hurt to try. You never know how someone else is feeling and sometimes you can't be afraid to let your own feelings be known. The world is better with honesty. Bottling it all up inside helps no one.

Let's see, Philip awoke Aurora with true love's kiss, something that doesn't work unless both individuals are madly in love with each other; Aurora tried to kill Snow White because she blamed her for what happened to Philip; Aurora was determined to find a way to free Philip once she realized that it was possible; and once she was reunited with Philip, Aurora was overjoyed to find out that she and Philip were about to have a baby. So what about Aurora's feelings were in any way unknown? Mulan knew that it would be inappropriate and out of place to tell Aurora how she felt, especially since Aurora would only end up having to politely turn her down anyway, which would probably hurt even worse.

I think she just wanted it off her chest before she left.

@@joieteh5753 I guess so. But how did Mulan even fall for Aurora in the first place? She knew she was 100% unavailable and completely committed to another person. You would think knowing that one would just close themself off from that and keep it plutonic.

And indeed the original Disney princesses aren't portrayed as lesbians. But this isn't disney. This is a loose adaptation from the fairytale characters. They can do whatever they want with them. And I think for a kids show I'd even recommand gay couples to be shown. It's not like it'll hurt anybody to show a healthy gay relationship/marraige.
