I dont actually know anyone in my circle of friends who like her enough to come to a concert with me or have even heard of her , some have now because am always sharing her vids to my Facebook . I met her at an album signing and have seen her live twice ( thats when you truly fall in love with her) she is so sweet and sincere and a very different kind of human.

Society taught us for centuries that showing emotions, loving with all our being, showing our respective vulnerabilities (whatever these may be), was synonymous of weakness, fragility, lack of character or instability. And if there is something that we are learning again, remembering, it's that is necessary to be "fragile"- it's through the cracks that we let the world in, it's by lowering our guard when the beauties of the world and the universe can be manifested in our lives. We have the courage and the inner strength to be sensitive, soft, sweet... it's part of our nature, we born that way for a reason. What I'm trying to say with this whole message is that all the sensitive people out here, in this moment, we celebrate that you allow yourself to feel, that you are encouraged to connect with your emotional world and its wonders, because that means that you are healing all those wounds that in the past disabled you from being able to express your true self, your authenticity: there's nothing more powerful than an authentic and true person full of love, respect and empathy. yes, you may envy me. Saw her live January 2019. She is a force on stage and you won't forget. I had a ticket last year to see her openair, outside Nidarosdomen, but for known reasons it got cancelled. So I'm waiting for a next opportunity and yes, if you get any chance to see her live, go for it!

I like Aurora, but this is the first performance I didn’t enjoy. I found the dancers extremely distracting. They looked like they were trying to emulate Aurora’s natural movements, but forced and unnatural.

Yes, Askjell performed this (livestream) with Aurora and Iris last week. A very beautiful and appropriately sad song, in tribute to a child who died recently.

@@justjulie37 yes, tomorrow AM. Askjell has posted a few times about it on Instagram. The livestream version required a ticket purchase -- that's how I was able to view it (I believe it is still up).

AURORA is most funny when chittchatting with the audience inbetween the songs. You could fill a whole evening reacting to videos of her talking to the audience. Her sense of humor is so cheeky and often filled with self-mockery, I love that.
Watching the HAIK concert with you was like watching it for the first time, even though I've watched it already. You also have a magic that I don't suspect you even realize. It was very VERY enjoyable to view with you, as are all your videos. I can honestly say you're one of the only reactors I don't skip any dialogue. That is your magic, embrace it :)
What you said "I wish everyone were more warriors of love" Had Auroa heard you say that and the follow-up with how much time you yourself have spent on hatred, but see how wasted time of life it is. Spot on !! Although Auroa does not like very much and giving hug, but I'm sure you had get a good long hug. For what matters most to Auroa is that the music and lyrics hit someone and possibly can help those who have not had a good upbringing, preferably with bullying at school, because they have been a little different. If I'm not mistaken, these are the girls who shot the Queendom video with Aurora. Aurora found they so personable (and yes, that's one of the most important reasons as we know) that she asked if they would like to go on tour with her. Aurora was once asked in an interview what is most important to her when working with others. Her answer was loyalty and promises to keep when she gives them. It should be emphasized that this loyalty does not have to be mutual. It is important to her to be true to herself. She is happy for everyone when they make the decision to move on so that they can get ahead in life. I'm even starting to like the dancers more and more. I am slowly being brainwashed. 😁 Incomprehensible. That has never been my case. Neither at Aurora nor anywhere else. But I've seen it so often now with Aurora, I think it's kind of good.

Each song performed at this 2018 Paris Concert is a limited edition !!! Aurora was in the ZONE this night. As an entire concert this is a standout and one of my 3 or 4 favourite live Aurora musical events all time which is why I have viewed it multiple times. She came back to Norway in August of 2016 (after touring the states) and played the Oya Festival in Oslo to a jubilant, warm and welcoming crowd of festival goers. The banter between songs is in Norwegian, but it did not matter. She was effervescent on stage and as happy as I've ever seen her while performing. To sum up, Awesome reaction HxC & thanx for making Paris a stop on the AURORA journey!

Aurora live is amazing, like no other gig I have been to. While the music/performance is fantastic, it is her chatting and joking between songs that make it special, and makes you feel like one of her extended "family". It'll be a shame if this changes when (if?) she starts touring again. As her audience and venues grow in size there is a strong chance they'll become more of, as you put it, a cookie cutter show. Hope I am wrong!

@Dancing on the moon It's crazy to me because her music is so amazing, even if you are used to listening to pop and so called rock that plays on mainstream radios, or whatever. Her music is so touching, I don't understand how someone can't literally feel the emotion she puts into it, to me that is crazy. But I may be overreacting :)
