Its actually a Lily (Nymphaea Caerulea) , you need only soak the flowers in hot water. Add 3-5 grams of dried flowers to 1-2 cups (250-500 mL) of hot (not boiling) water. steep for 5-10 minutes, adding little ginger and honey is also wonderful. Or, 1 - 2 drops 100% natural Nymphaea Caerulea essential oil...a magic fragrance and taste from an ancient and sacred flower. Enjoy.
