Auroras 3.3.2024 in Kurjenrahka National Park, Finland 

On March 3rd a CME struck Earth's magnetic field sparking auroras again also in Southern Finland. Unfortunately I was driving from Central Finland in the evening and the best show was already over when I arrived at my usual spot in Kurjenrahka National Park. It was almost midnight when I started and was able to continue for only about one hour before a thick fog covered the lake Savojärvi.
