Aussie Billys First Performance

The Aussie Billys had their first public performance Monday, August 6 at the Helpmann Awards (Australian version of the Olivier and Tony Awards for live theatre and musicals). They performed ELECTRICITY live at the Capitol Theatre, the same stage where they will each become Billy later this year. Thanks to Darth Lurker for the clip.

I saw the show with Rarmian....I loved his voice, it was very unique! And he was just wonderful! I want to see the show again!

man those kids r AMAZING. Had the privlige to go to the premiare and Rhys was billy. HE WAS SOOO GOOD!!!!!! Now i cant wait to go again!! Especially with 2 new billys due to start around June/Julyish!!!

they changed almost all of the choregoraphy from the london and American shows but it fitted them really well!!!! GREAT JOB BOYS!!!!!

From county Durham and I have to say these boys are better than the American ones and they were good. Good accents and left the second t from electricity which is correct ;p

American Billys' has much better dance technique, Aussie Billys' accents are brilliant, Billy Elliot The Musical is definitely the best theater experience ever!
