If G&T is not a cocktail neither is a dirty martini. Dirty martini - 2 ingredients plus garnish, G&T - 2 ingredients plus garnish. Sorry not sorry???

@@nbaer5050 technically dirty martini is a cocktail because vermouth is a flavored liquor not just bubbly water lol a cocktail is usually 3+ ingredients OR a liquor mixed with a non alcoholic flavored beverage (juice, liqueur etc) and a gin & toni, rum and Coke etc are “mixed drinks” but hell it’s all the same and can all be classified as cocktails 😂

Gin and tonic is a cocktail. Not every cocktail has to have 7+ ingredients in it and be super sweet.

This is the actual definition (boyfriend and I got to talking about this and I just looked up the actual definition): an alcoholic drink consisting of a spirit or several spirits mixed with other ingredients, such as fruit juice, lemonade, or cream. So with that being said, by technicalities it is not a cocktail because it does not contain more flavors.

Coops, here are some OG cocktails for you. Harvey Wall Banger, Slow comfortable Screw, Slow comfortable screw against the wall. Ingredients range from vodka, 100 proof southern comfort, sloe gin and Galliano L'Autentico Liqueur any of these will light up your day. There is Tennessee Tea, a Classic Jack Daniels Cocktail, then the full range of Press Cocktails which is a pick your poison whiskey, bourbon, vodka, gin, tequila you pick it add to a tall glass filled with ice, top with club soda and a splash of ginger ale toss in a lemon twist. Be warned made properly you will down them like a glass of ice water on a hot day

When I was fresh in the bar scene at 21 my go-to was vodka cranberry. Can't go wrong, super tasty and easy to get down and does the job (gets you drunk). But I kinda just outgrew vodka and floated into Rum & Coke! To this day it's still my go-to. I like that if it's strong you can taste the booze but it's still drinkable but just a lil more coke and it's simply tasty while still doing the job. Plus Rum & Coke has yet to ever do me dirty as in, get me embarrassing sloppy drunk or an awful hangover the next day. These are your basic drinks but I was always low on funds and well drinks were all I ever could splurge on.

Can't go wrong with an Irish Mule in the summer. Scotch also is good with a cube of ice (not a cocktail) I also make a home made cocktail that is really tasty but will make you forget your drinking and is therefore dangerous

Favourite cocktail at present, Long island Iced Tea. But I have many other favourites, ask me again in a week. Loved this vid - I think that G&T is totally a cocktail, btw, Tom, the second you add bitters. Which you should always add. But guys the MOST hilarious thing is those subtitles, seriously, are they on purpose? Sometimes I laugh so hard at the idiocies they produce that I have to rewind...
