Amber could get the same feeling about her mom Angeline, even though he and Amber are the only ones, Austin will always remember that his wife is up in the clouds, looking down on him everyday. Hoping to meet her up one day, I mean when Austin's wife Angeline sadly passed away, she made a promise to Austin, to taking good care of Amber, when she was a little girl, rather than letting her go and live with a set of strangers or talking with unknown people. Since Amber is out of Austin's life forever, due to her getting disowned along with Oliver which happened in the video of your 24th birthday special.
