The cases need to be investigated both ways. It could be serial, or maybe no foul play was involved. Something is very off about this case. I just can't figure out what seems off though.

The community can gather to review cameras, understand who this person last talked to, their intentions, etc

You can see where all the cameras are located on ARCGIS. This has been going on for 20+ years. The cameras will show nothing. This is much more organized than you could ever imagine

There need to be more cams in this area.....even if hidden. All bars should have cams also. They need to be watching for any male that arrives alone, is unsociable and watching the crowd, then following people outside.

When is the city of Austin gonna treat it as a serial killer at first they try to say the guy maybe was intoxicated and fell in the lady about 10 people ago they have dead ass found 10 people already from my guess idk maybe A serial Killer outthere do my security cameras, but don’t tell the public where they’re at idk more police over there yall are treating this terribly how many more ppl are u gonna find in that lake !!

All the deaths that happened there all victim got one thing in common they all died after a night of drinking. They most likely died of result of drugging
