crazy thing is - he crossed him up bad- but wall is such a good athlete and so quick and good leaper- he recovered real quick and almost swatted it from behind.

@oo70mar U can finish the lay up with the left even if u jump off the left foot. You just pull the left foot up and the right foot down in mid air and voila... Left hand layup. Ive seen D Rose do it more than a couple times.

I don't know if you guys watch John Wall in games, but in this video Wall was trying maybe 65%? And that looked like a carry by Wall only because it was in slow-mo. They had to put it in slow-mo because he's too quick normal speed haha.

Austin knows how to use his left, even though he chooses to go right. He does need to use it more, but hes still got superstar talent regardless. In this instance tho, he did the right thing in using his right hand. You have to pick the quickest way to get the ball in the basket and he did that, using the left hand wouldve taken longer and open for a block from Wall. He wouldve had to use his left if someone was coming from the weakside to block his shot, but there was no shot blocker around.

@oo70mar Jumping off and shooting from the same leg works just fine. It's not fundamental, but it still works if you have to. I jump best off my right leg, so I occasionally do right handed layups off my right leg. If I would go up with my left on that side, I would probably get my shot blocked. All I'm saying is that going off the same leg you are shooting with works fine. In reality it doesn't matter when nobody is between you and the hoop though...

@arrowkidd There are no reasons to hate on anyone and just because he made a mistake to join the heat or to not do so well in the finals isnt a reason to hate on a person. Lebron was under pressure he never faced before and thats being in the finals no one has won a championship without a few rough times and Lebron had a couple in the 2010-2011 year but trust me he will learn from that and he will be a better player. So you can take your hate somewhere else because everyone makes mistakes.

@GAC43209 well i agree it wasnt the greatest crossover ever but dont forget euro ball and north american ball are alot different in my opinion euro ball is more fundemental than north american basketball but north american is more athleticly focused so the crossovers in the euro league would be alot smoother

@2333tarheelfan Dude, next year Duke is loaded. The 2011 recruiting class is probably better than the 2010. We have Rivers, Cook (5 star point guard to replace Kyrie if he leaves), Gbinije (a 4-5 star 6-6 forward), and Marshall Plumlee who is really improving. And Alex Murphy just signed to Duke, a 5 star Forward who's game is almost even with Singler's. He signed for 2012, but is able to come 2011 if he chooses.

@arrowkidd People hate on him because they aren't as good as he is and hating is the only thing they can do and he promised Cleveland a ring because he was confident not arrogant and you cant blame him for not getting one his teammates played like shit so it was really just him working his ass off. That's better than a ring in a way because it shows how dedicated he actually was for his promise.

@Feau83 Austin Rivers is the no. 1 player in the nation for his class. Even John Wall wasn't the no. 1 player in his class. he was ranked no. 5. Avery Bradley, Derrick Favors, Xavier Henry, DeMarcus Cousins were all ranked above him for the class of 2009

Because when john wall did the fake move on rivers, rivers jumps up thinking he's making a shot and wall is already making his way to the basket when rivers is still in the air. So there's really not much he can do

@arrowkidd Well darksaw5 said what I was going to say and the reason why I said listening to the coach wasnt smart is because this coach sucks if he was smart he would of done something for lebron maybe got him some new players and also respect is not given its earned he doesnt have to show any respect until haters realize that hating isn't the right thing to do, no hater gets respect. And he does show respect to his fans he works his ass off and pays us back with an amazing performance
