I haven’t listened to country in a decade bc everything was sounding the same--stale and generic. but this is great! The lyrics are real and raw and I love the rock undertones! Dude knocked it out of the park! 👍👍

The music video is well put together, just like the lyrics. Everything is relatable, the breakup happens when you think everything is going great, and then the rug is yanked from your feet and the struggle to get back up when you’re totally down.

Love this track.. !! I think many of us have been there.. So personally I can relate.. good thing is life does get better.. The heart and head heals.. It takes time, but there is always someone who appreciates you and will treat you better... I found mine at 60yrs old.. so it is never too late to find someone who appreciates you for you..
