How lovely to see one on the road; she certainly seems to go OK. When a nipper way back in the early fifties and living in Tadworth, a woman living nearby had the coupe version, painted a pale yellow. The back reminded me of an egg and I sometimes wonder whether she (the car, that is!) survives. Can anyone say how many were made?
Sounds like that was the same as mine, on the Austin 7 chassis they made either the saloon or the open two-seater. About 3,500 were made on the A7 chassis and around 150 survive, they built cars on Standard chassis (see my other videos), Swift, Morris, Fiat and Wolseley Hornets.
