Also, you can claim tax on investment property..if it is negatively geared in this current scenario. You are correct as well paying off PPoR, trying to build super which is maximum $1.9m person in pension phase are 0% tax assets in retirement.

Bhai.. what is good choice.. 1. To buy land and build your own house. 2. To buy land+build package. 3. Buy land and build 5 room home.. with temporary partition of 3room set+2room set home like generating money also from same home by renting 2 room set.. if someone can build 1 home like this in australia.. if its legal like this.. Then what is the best option do we have here.. plz suggest

Plz make a video on kids education , schooling for secondary school kids. I m aus PR and moving to Mel but struggling to find a good school in west, near Tarneit. All schools are in south east and difficult to get in. Plz advice.

Totally agree with above, The best schools are in the best suburbs atleast the publics schools, so if you want to send kids to best public schools for free, rent a property int he school zone and you are sorted. Melbourne West is decent, i have plenty of friends here with kids who go to schools around in tarniet etc and have had a good experience nothing major negative that i have heard. i will make video again, there is already one existing, search school under my videos.

all states have something to explore, Melbourne and Sydney are busiest states /cities. Birsbane / Goldcoast has theme parks etc fun for kids. Perth etc has history, it would depend on your personal liking if you want to do activites or chill .. I would try to cover melbourne / sysdney and Brisbane goldcoast

@@rohanjaiswal8734 Bro Australian work visa isn't easy to get unless you have a high level skill or good in demand degree. They prefer to give jobs to only citizens and PR holders. Please search for 189, 190 and 491 visas if you are degree or skilled diploma holder. Even carpenter, plumber, mechanic can go to Australia on PR if he have the certified diploma in this trade from good institute.
