his sir, I applied my Partner visa 309 last year in May 2023. so I came to Australia on Visitor visa 600 in May 2024. I applied bridging visa so immigration gave me Bridiging visa A with no work conditions. I applied another BRIDGING VISA for work rights permission its almost 2 weeks no response yet. My BRIDGING VISA will active in August 2024 because my visitor visa active until that time. Do you have any idea how long mostly it takes to get work rights on 309 visa. if any applied recently please reply my question. Thank you in advance...

You should have applied 820/801 visa onshore if you held a visitor visa before applying 309/100. Variation of visa conditions can take long time depending on case officer.

I have applied for my 309 on dec 2023, currently i am on visitor visa in Australia since April 2024. My visitor visa will expire in an year, any chance of getting bridging visa until i get my 309

Can apply bridging visa if you hold your visitor visa before applying subclass 309.

I got correspondence for my spouse visa subclass 309 on5 June after 13 months and then I uploaded all the necessary documents they gave 28 days so do you have any idea that how much it will take to be finalized??

It depends on the presentation of documents. Make sure to keep your medical and PCC ready so you can upload it if you receive and further information.
