I dont know if people have any idea HOW VAST Australia is. Im born and bred here and even I marvel at the MASSIVE DISTANCES between large cities. Australia is huge, varied and beautiful. One has to appreciate all of the variety: desert, jungle, hills, flats, miles of brown, dry dirt, lush vegetation....Please read our famous poem by Dorothy McKellar: "I love a sunburnt country a land of droughts and rains....."
We might not have large cities close together like Europe or Asia or even America but we are a young nation. Few people realise that even the US had 20-23 million or so people when it was a young nation too of around 234 years old. But that was a few lifetimes ago so people forget when seeing how populated America is. Give us another 100 years to catch up and I think we will have alot more wonders to offer, natural and man made!
26 years ago I travelled around Aus by myself by car which was 1983' Ford Telstar with no aircon though I somehow managed to across the Nullabor😂 anyway thanks it reminds me of good memorise there👍
Loved you video , Traveled around most of Australia over 25 years ago and loved every minute. Visited So many memorable places and made so many friends , Lived in Bondi and worked on Hamilton island for a couple of months , Diving on the great barrier reef ,white water rafting on the tully river oz has it all.
Brother I like your video. What a stunning road trip and you had been so many remarkable places that many traveler deserved! Hope you can make more videos like this documentary, keep working!
Best trip ever, planning for this kind of trip once corvid 19 are cleared. With my yammie xt250, kiwi x300 or suzuki dr250. Travel light are my motto of the day mate! As a female rider i had enough of riding with bmw gs adventure, yammie tenere and suzuki dr 650. Had to leave those bike at home and travels light and small. Cant wait for the day to come. 3 other female riders are joining me for the road trip around Australia in full circle.
Sounds nice! I hope you can do this trip very soon. Till then, you can get some inspiration on my channel. New Videos are coming in the next weeks!! Hope you like it.
Gute Musikauswahl. Immer wieder erfrischend Deutsche zu sehen denen Seven Lions ein Begriff ist. Wenn ich mit der Schule fertig bin werde ich auch mal in Australien überwintern. Tolles Video!
Sir, this was an amazing video, but can I please have a soundtrack of every song you used because every song you used was an excellent choice. You may have 15 (well 16 now, I got you 😎), but I hope your channel becomes big. This is the first real travel video I ever saw that really inspired. I may be American, but I always loved Australia. Hopefully one day I can use this. Also, what Mitsubishi did you use? Was it the Pajero?
Thank you so much! There are more videos on my channel, if you like. At the moment just detailed parts from this trip. But more to come! There were two of us.
This is my dream this year to do and I am going to do it australia is my home but I grew up in London I have both passports but Australia's outback it the real Oz and it's soooo beautiful I can't wait to do it
Also Broome-Perth. Allein Der Karijini-NP und das Ningaloo Reef sind die Reise wert. Aber auch der Südwesten ist sehr schön (Perth-Esperance).
Been to 90% of these places, taken a lifetime and will see the other 10% eventually.Augusta to Denmark Australia's southern west corner my favorite to nothern beachesnsw bordering queensland to Matarinka springs and even central australia Roxbury Downs all fantastic
I was so scared for a moment when the cars were coming around the corner and I thought he was going to hit them. And then I remembered it's Australia and they drive on the left side there. lol.
mate, quality video looking to do this in December next year and saw that you said it cost around 12k Australian dollars was that the cost for both put together or was that just individually per person, also was wondering what sort of things you used to help plan this trip beforehand. one again quality video :)
Thanks mate! It's hard to say what it was exactly.. 12k per person i would say. But as I said, we worked occasionally so I don't have an exact idea. We pretty much did it blind.. not that much of a plan, the most was unscripted. In the morning we made a plan of what we want to do/ where we want to go. The only thing we knew was that we would like to go full circle! :)
Yes, especially in the south/east. The Victorian High Country. The conditions were really good on the main roads, but lots of unsealed roads on smaller roads.

Goodday Sir, I want to travel and explore Australia by car. How can we go there by ship from Kupang,East Nusa Tenggara ,Indonesia or from Dili,Timor Leste?.tks.
How much was the cost of your trip? How much did it cost for fuel and food for one day? There are considerable rest areas that you can park your car and stay at night? It is safe and for free to stay on this rest areas?
What time of year did you start trip? did you pick the right time of year to travel? I'm planning a similar trip by motorcycle. Any helpful hints would be appreciated. 😊
That is not the best filming, neither the best editing... but that is exactly the trim I want to do, pretty much exactly the route I want to do and exactly the car I consider as very good alternative! So thumbs up :)
You can do most things with a high 2wd but not the most beautiful things!! It also depends on the season you are traveling in. There are lots of flooded roads (even more as in dry season) you need to drive. So 4wd is always recommended
