I saw what you did there, Diplex, you deleted the soldier on the first machine gun that decimated an entire platoon, you can tell because there's no body part (grenade) or corpse (shot)! I SEE YOU! Though it was a great battle, honestly. I love how the Japanese crawled through the bunker's slit holes near the airport. If you check the video carefully, they crawl/run through it, getting into the trench without exposing themselves, and that's how they got trapped by the mortar.
*I don't know if you do know that, but on Men of War you can do a command to remove your hud, which means..You cannot do any actions or either open the game modifier tool, UNLESS you put the Hud back in game, that means Diplex did not remove the machinegunner.*
*Plus the game can bug itself sometimes, I saw gameplays of Men Of war were soldiers LITERALLY dissappeared when they were shot, or killed by a grenade.*
Good observation! Unfortunately, you're incorrect. Notice the fallen palm tree and all the explosive craters? I'm sure you do. The gunner was either killed by a friendly mortar shell or an enemy grenade. There are no body parts in this mod. When soldiers take too much explosive damage, they disappear. Why would I remove a machine gunner when I can just land more waves of Japanese marines without breaking the historical accuracy?

Great job with the new intro style man! Love the brief history lessons. And continue doing these less famous battles! We've already seen enough Normandys and Okinawas. What we need are the more obscure battles because they shouldn't be forgotten!
Ah... Diplex playing... I almost blush watching this game again. My version got bugged up and I haven't played in so long... Luckily there is a hero around here willing to show us some mods and strategies
I dunno if you are taking suggestions or ideas but a pure infantry battle where a group of mixed special forces and infantry troops that have been completely surrounded on a hill fighting against overwhelming numbers of enemy infantry would be a cool battle. Second idea was a street ambush by american civilian insurgents fighting against russian or some other armies forces would be neat.
I like these details like the m 1917 behind that stones or the australian soldiers dug in the ground. Great video! But tanks would be bring more fun in it and anti tank!
diplex you need a part of a video were a boat comes in full of solders and as soon as the hatch drops everybody is gunned down immediately that would be cool
Hey DiplexHeated i just found your awsome Videos, love your russian Invasion of manchuria Videos btw and i wanted to ask you something. Could you maybe make a Video about the Japanese making a landing in mainland Australia, you know them landing nearby some important coastal City in the North or East of Australia and then let them try to take it? I just always wondernd how they would perform against a fairly well made defence by the australians you know with the material that they had back then when the allied Military production wasnt in full swing and Britain had its own Hands full. I know that you Focus on historical Events but i just imagined that sooner or later a base in Australia would have been a helpfull Thing, i mean with the Situation and the Terrain in australia they could have just taken the City, build a defensive Perimeter around it and hold it. Maybe you could make a two staged attack as you did it with the machuria Invasion Videos as well, one for the landing and the ( probably not so well prepared ) Australians and then the attack on the City. I know that i ask for a lot but it would be pure awesomeness if you could actually do that. Thank you, even if you dont do it.
not bad for the aussies? on the kokoda track there was roughly 1300 aussies against 10 000 battle tested japanese troops we we stopped them within sight of port morsby fought them to a stand still. but i know of no involvement by the Australians at tulagi for most of the pacific war we where busy taking back PNG. For the US marines had the men and ships for there area and Mcarther didnt like or care for the Australians and as soon as he had the numbers of US army personnel he went north and left the aussies behind he didnt want us involved.
It would be awesome if you could do am episode on the Battle of Hong Kong! Would be cool to see the Canadians making a stand against the Japanese:) Thanks for a cool video!
Us Aussies always put up a good fight we don't back down and will fight to the end and will bunker down and grit their teeth and carry on that is shown in the Papua New Guinea campaign, Gallipoli and on the Western front
by the way diplexheated the forces you keep calling Australia are really call ANZACS which stand for The Australian and New Zealand Army Corps and during that period of war all of the Australian and New Zealand armed forces where always grouped together
