Happy Fathers Day, Definitely should have filmed it getting turned over because it had to sound like a cement mixer full of gravel. Have you considered half filling the block with grout to help stiffen up the bottom end but still have some water in the block and heads to keep it cool. I would say Kangaroo Killer but sometimes Aussies get sensitive about that. So what do you think Koala Kruncher? Hell some Aussie will get all but hurt about that too. Kola
No, the Camaro was never built in Australia, the only thing close was the early Camaro's (2010 - 2015) used the Zeta platform which was designed (not made) in Australia and used in the VE/VF Commodores, that's it.
@@brendanedwards2277 Also wrong Australian Mike Simcoe designer at Holden GM world wide design studio designed the 2015 5th Gen Camaro, he designed the 1998 Holden Monaro concept car that became the 2000 -2006 Holden Monaro and 05 Pontiac GTO Coupe and all Holdens up to 2017,. he also helped or did the Caddilac CTSV and why the CTSV wagon and can see has lineage from the Holden sports wagon. Yes the Camaro was built in USA though. Mike Simcoe is now VP of General Motors world wide design working at GM USA...
As a GTO owner it would be funny to take it to AU, but as a GTO owner it's a very smart choice to ditch it...finding parts for these things is not only hard, they are expensive. Also converting from the IRS in it to a 9" straight axel is expensive...let alone a 9" IRS at 8k in parts.
Why would it be funny to bring it to Australia, we have tonnes of Holden Monaro here and only difference with the GTO is steering wheel on wrong side and has the ugly front end on that nearly all Aussies think is disgusting...
Funny was probably not the right word...ironic..which I would find funny. Also I think the gto front is okay. I was hoping that if he did he could probably convert it to the holden cheaper overe there than here. It's super expensive to get oem holden body parts here.
@@NN072288 Yea i see what you mean in funny, just not a rare site is all. Thought parts would be cheaper for American as your dollar is higher so really paying less.. HSV front ends is what you want, standard Holdens are plain but HSV look awesome.
