This is by FAR my favorite pond that I seen on this channel so far and i have watched almost every video on here! I love it! If i could build one, it would be like this but i would add a large waterfall at the deep end that had a bench seat for 2 or 3 people behind it and add some lighting behind it too. And maybe a water slide if it could be made out of rock or at least looked like it was. That would be my dream pond! ;)

Paul, Awesome to see you in Australia, I live about 40 mins from Healesville. I am hooked on you video's, actually went to get a price on an Aquascape Patio Pond today after watching Paul Cuffaro's video's, going to turn it into a Aquascape/Aquaponics set up. Hope you have a great stay in Australia, you mentioned you are doing some seminars, are they open to the public while your here?

Thats what makes it a top choice the fact that you dont need all those chemicals like a pool would. Some people will have green water in there pool from just sitting around during winter and when summer rolls around just pour chemicals in the water to make it blue and reuse that same water.

Awesome video, amazing pond. I'm planning on a 5000L native pond in my yard, but was planning on stocking it with big native fish (barramundi, saratoga, jade perch, eeltail catfish). Not sure if its gonna be safe to take a dip in since the barra will hit 6ft and the saratoga will hit between 4-5ft. Will be watching lots of your videos before I build it though.

Nice pond! For more rain, maybe a little geoengineering by Miles Research that could bring the atmospheric river over the area to wet it down and cool off a bit.

Now that is the kind of pond that i want in my backyard. I would like to build one early next year after my house is finished, so it's handy to know you have a distributor of your products based in Australia, as i'm from New Zealand. Can i build one of these ponds myself, or do i need to get a certified aquascaper to do it for me?

This is my dream pond! ❤❤❤ Qs: He said it's 4.5 ft deep, but it appears to be deeper when you see the men working, and people diving in. So, how deep is the deepest part of this pool? [I don't think I'd want people diving in, if the water's under 6 ft - too many spinal injuries caused by that. Plus, there are all those boulders in there - ankle breakers.] Also, did the owner say 100k for the project? Did that include the plants in/around? And, do people with pond struggle with chronic mice, rat, raccoon, skunk, or other animal issues, like ducks? (especially by providing food source - fish, frogs, etc.) Sorry to seem so negative, Just trying to look at the big picture (realities) before pursuing this, and investing so much. Thanks very much.

It’s recreating nature and how we evolved as a species. Swimming pools have chemicals and work complexes opposite. This pond was closer to 6’ deep. It’s nature but the only “problem” you could get w animals is a heron eating your fish. Plants and landscaping outside the pond extra

Hi I'm 12 and love fish and fishing I have a 36 gallon community tank and a 5 gallon betta tank I really want a pond but I live in MN do it's kind of hard to do.
