@@CStayNZgl when you do do one, don’t stress, I had my first comp not long ago and came last at every event, but ultimately you will feel more confident after the comp and it will help you grow as a person

@@MrRocketleauge1it was based in Melbourne, it was called a global comp and I was sparring out of wt from derrimut. I have since had to give up tkd due to work commitments. In the meantime I have competed in an amateur boxing match which I won, so have been keeping busy
