Today I am going to share authentic Allah Razi Beef Biryani Recipe which is made in hyderabadi style.
1 Kg Ingredients
Beef yakhni Recipe
Cooking oil half cup
Ginger and garlic paste : 2 table spoon
Saute for 1 minutes
Add : 1 Kg Beef
mix it very well for 3 to 4 Minutes on high flame
Add Water : 10 to 12 Cup
Black Pepper : 5 to 6
Clove : 2 to 3
Green cardamom : 2 to 3
Black cardamom : 1
Cinnamon Stick : 1 of 2 inch
Red Chilli Flake : 1 table spoon
mix it very well cook on high flame for 5 min then cook on low flame for 2 to 2.5 hour until meat tender.
1 Kg Recipe ingredients
Tomato : 2 medium size
Coriander leaves : half bunch
mint leaves: half bunch
Green Chilli : 5 to 6 Medium Size
Cooking Oil 1 Cup
Then Add
Cumin Seeds : 3 table spoon
Coriander seeds Crushed : 1 table spoon
Black Pepper : 6 to 8
Clove : 3 to 4
Green Cardamom : 3 to 4
Black cardamom : 2
Star anise : 2
Bay leaf : 1
Red Chilli Flake : 3 table spoon
Cinnamon Stick : 2 of 2 inch
Salt : 1 table spoon or As per your taste
Dry Plum : 3 to 4
Yogurt : half cup
mix it very well on high flame for 5 to 6 minutes
Then Add
Boiled Beef
water : 0.75 L
Beef yakhni ( Soup ) : 0.75 L
Biryani essence
Soaked rice for 15 to 20 min then add
soaked rice 1 Kg on It
Cook on high flame for 3 to 4 min then cook on low flame for 20 min
Add food colour and fried onion
our beef biryani is ready for serving
