Beef Stew Written Recipe :
Ingredients:
Beef cubes (boiled) 1 kg
Coriander crushed 3 tbsp
Red chili 10-15
Ginger 2 tbsp
Garlic 2 tbsp
Onion sliced 250 gm
Bay leaves 4
Black pepper 1 tsp
Mace ½ tsp
Cloves 6-8
Black cardamom 4
Cinnamon 4 sticks
Oil 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Yogurt 250 gm
Ginger sliced 5 tbsp
Coriander chopped ½ cup
Method :
Heat oil in a pan adds onion and fry for few minutes till light golden color comes. Add garlic and ginger fry well. Add whole garam masala, beef, and yogurt till all the liquid dries out. Add red chili, 2 cup of water and salt cook on slow flame for 2 minutes. Uncover dry the liquid then add ginger and coriander, serve.
