In over 10 years this could be my first ever RU-vid comment....This recipe is absolutely bang on. The marinade is actually probably enough for a 3kg shawarma if not slightly more. Instead of chili paste, Rose Harissa works amazing. Thank you for this. Great work.
Just made this recipe for dinner tonight. I can give nothing but my applause and utmost gratitude for the amazing flavours I have experienced tonight. Bravo my friend.
Man! If I want to cook the tastiest chicken ever I just come to your page and find so many ways of doing it. I search the tube a lot and you my friend I always come back to, you have all the flavours. .... Just tasted this marinade, wow, got to wait till tomorrow before I cook it now. 🤙
Dude!!!!!! I made this earlier today and it was one of the best chicken bbqs I’ve ever done. The marinade was perfect, no one flavor stood out too much , none of the ingredients were too overwhelming, the sauces were on point. Good job on the videos, Iwill be trying out more of your recipes. I cooked on a Weber with rotisserie attachment. Thanks
A church near me has an Egyptian festival and every year I go there for their chicken schwarma.....sooo good. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Going to try this recipe. I hope it is as good as theirs.
If this is the food 🥘 that can be made in the dunya imagine the food in Jannah x Alhamidullilah congratulations 🎉 on your channel and well done 👍🏽 with that chicken sharwma
Tried this on a Weber charcoal bbq and comes out amazing, make sure you put it on direct heat to get the charcoal flavour and texture for five minutes move to non direct heat to finish the cooking and then rest for five minutes and chop in to small bits.😊
Its unique sour and savoury and sweet at the same time. Personally Lamb is my favourite, and I hate to cook lamb at home. If you have big taste buds, best food on earth, close second to Italian, mediterranean food which is Middle Eastern influenced too.
When done properly, shawarma is *absolutely* delicious. But, I wouldn't go to cheap takeaways because it will spoil your experience. Try to only buy them from Lebanese restaurants (when buying them from outside). The one in this video looks amazing though.
There's a Shawarma restaurant I've been trying called Shawarma Shack, their food is good. This however looks gorgeous, it looks so tasty and savory. I definitely can't get over Halal food, better than most American cuisines.
Just made this for my family and I and we all loved it :) my mom is already talking about making it again lol, thank you for sharing this video & recipe
I have never tasted Shawarma or Hummus, it looks so delicious!..😋 I Love how middle eastern culture incorporates so many delicious & beautiful spices into their food. I would LOVE to have the availability to shop at an Arab vendor's Spice Shop, like they have in Jerusalem. I have never understood why American's have no real food culture when there are so many delicious spices in the world. Our food is bland & boring. 😂❤
I made this myself. Skipped out on some ingredients like chili paste and cayenne pepper. Turned out decent. The sauce was quite hard to make and instead of letting it sit for a day or two i ate it right away. Super spicy and strong. Didnt know what to do so i added the yogurt i bought for the marinade and it mellowed it very very nicely.
