Missing this food a lot. From Himachal Pradesh , these are our authentic dishes, Mom use to make it a lot. We get Punjabi food, Dosa’s etc. in Canada but regional foods are missing. Thank you for sharing. We cook these foods on special occasions like Diwali, New Year, Navratri but the taste is not the same - freshly made on Chulha and the morning chirping birds in India - not the same feeling.
