Thank you so much for sharing this video.I tried it the other day with only a slight change i.e I replaced grated paneer with cheese mixed with milk for the sour cream ( I had actually forgotten to keep aside some paneer for this last step 😂) but the end result was awesome.Even my 5 year old liked it so much.Thank you again. The mother son bonding in this video was also remarkable 🤗
You are amazing don’t Lisons to some people negativity, this is the idea how to make it does not mean she is wrong until yesterday virgin oil was ok to cook the just changed. I get this idea an make it a little change for vegan for example I will change cow milk to coconut milk. You are great mom an I love the relationship with your son cute. Thank you and God bless

Well, since this is a healthy recipe, I think the boiled spinach water shouldn't be thrown out, by doing so, you are discarding much of the nutrients from the spinach. Just my thought on this.
Perhaps best to throw it out. since spinach not very cooked, cooking also stopped by ice cold water wash. So no use for this water. any more cooking and you get a very wilted taste. Punjabi style - it needs to be cooked "el dente" - kind of like pasta... a bit more cooking and its TASTE gets mushi.... just a bit added as per my opinion and my mom's punjabi heritage detailed.

What's the difference between saag paneer and palak paneer? Saag paneer seems like it's more complicated to make. Also, my wife is Armenian. They also use the word paneer for chease.
