I've been searching and trying for a perfect shaslik recepie for ages. I tried so many variations to find the right taste but this recipie was finally the one. Feels kinda stupid that the secret was in the onions all along. Thanks a buch.
Daniel M P It tenderises the meat and the flavour of the onion gets incorporated, we make ours with mayo instead but I might try this way when the weather allows :)
