In the days of film photography, photographs were proof enough to decide a case. But, with digital photography, where they can easily be manipulated in Photoshop or other programs, the photo cannot be really trusted as accurate, unless compared with other photographs taken at the same time. Digital photographs can't really be trusted in court nowadays.
Caveat: I Didn't see the entire video. Shouldn't a person be mindful of consent rules within their state before simply recording a conversation? If two party consent is required and a recording is made absent that consent, that recording is a criminal violation if I'm not mistaken.
