I love that Gabe has good men in his life like Aaron & his grandfather. My nephew is autistic/nonspeaking. His twin is "normal". Both are in college. One of the best days of my life was several years ago when I was carrying a comic book purse, and young Mr. Nonverbal said, "You like Batman." It was a voice I'd never heard before, so I didn't even look at his brother. I grinned and breathlessly babbled about superheroes, but I could see in Christopher's eyes he was leaving me again. Never heard a peep out of him since, but he loves me & I love him.

What exactly is his coordination or movement problem? Speech apraxia is something else and autism too but this seems like something else but what? Is his body very stiff or is it just that he perhaps doesnt want to participate in certain exercises? Speaking of certain movements what is it that makes it so apparently difficult for him to throw the ball in the net? Why doesnt he just do it naturally and has to be told every time? Of course im also considering that he simply may not like basketball much, its normal. Other activities that he likes may come more naturally for him and he would be more engaged

Hi! Dear Mrs mom, I just bumped into this video and to me it’s something very little known, I apologize for my ignorance in advance… Your videos are both heartbreaking and magically sweet and beautiful… I’m so confused. Sweet and beautiful because that’s an amazing kid you have, simply the champion and I say it with zero pity (sorry if it sounds wrong?). Heartbreaking because he is so charming and I keep imagining him in a high school being with the cool kids and having dozens of girls following him… Is Autism something that can be improved significantly with exercises and dedication (aka cured)? Like, is there a chance of having a normal social life at some point? (by saying normal I mean hanging out with friends without assistance or going to college or having a job or getting married) If anything I said sounds offensive - I sincerely apologize, I’m from EU, I’m not fluent in English and obviously I know very little about autism😕

I admire Gabe and his loved ones. However I often wonder what this channel is for? After all, Gabe can’t consent to it. Is he, even inadvertently, being made into a spectacle for a voyeurstic audience, or earning money through advertising royalties on RU-vid? I do think that there are questions of ethics to be asked concerning a channel like this.
